TAK Credit Management is a trading name of TAK-Outsourcing Ltd.
TAK Credit Management has been established to provide the benefits of high quality, cost effective outsourced Credit Control and Debt Recovery services to small and medium sized enterprises in the UK.
TAK are able to provide a level of service which until now has only been available to very large organisations. Outsourcing your credit control function to TAK can have a big positive impact on your business.

Simon Hampton

Simon has over 25 years experience in the business process outsourcing market, most recently with Xchanging Plc (XCH) where he worked with large organisations such as BAE Systems, Deutsche Bank and the NHS helping sell, design and deliver major outsourcing contracts. TAK was formed to bring some of this big company process thinking and expertise to bear in the Credit Control and Debt Recovery market, the result of which is an end to end service which is based upon clearly defined processes and high quality outcomes.

Jeremy Milligan

Jeremy has over 20 years experience in the business process outsourcing market with Ceridian, Pink Roccade and most recently with Northgate Information Solutions where he worked with large corporate clients such as PwC, McAlpine and London Underground. After recognising a gap in the market for high quality Credit Management Services Jeremy conceived and designed the original service offering for TAK in 2005 and implemented this for our first customer Status IT who remains with us today.

TAK Credit Management specialise in providing credit control and debt collection solutions to clients within the UK with our head office based in Middlesex. TAK also provide services to our UK customers from our Service Centre in Krakow run by our sister company TAK-Outsourcing Sp zoo. Our Polish team is managed by English staff permanently based in Krakow, ensuring that a high quality of service is always achieved in the manner that our customers expect. By providing some of our Credit Management Solutions from Krakow we have been able to achieve our goal of providing a high level of service at low cost. Our Krakow centre allows us to employ articulate, well educated staff at reasonable rates. All of our Krakow staff are graduates with fluent English without detectable accent.
