TAK Credit Management is a trading name of TAK-Outsourcing Ltd.
TAK Credit Management has been established to provide the benefits of high quality, cost effective outsourced Credit Control and Debt Recovery services to small and medium sized enterprises in the UK.

Key people :

Jeremy Milligan, Commercial Director

Jeremy has over 20 years experience in the business process outsourcing market with Ceridian, Pink Roccade and most recently with Northgate Information Solutions where he worked with large corporate clients such as PwC, McAlpine and London Underground. After recognising a gap in the market for high quality Credit Management Services Jeremy conceived and designed the original service offering for TAK in 2005 and implemented this for our first customer Status IT who remains with us today. Jeremy is an active member of the Institute of Credit Management and is currently involved in establishing a branch in Poland.

Gavin Fisher, Credit Control Services Manager

Gavin has been Service Manager at TAK for 4 years after a career as Customer Services Manager at Zurich Insurance. Gavin was involved in transitions for Zurich during which time he worked in central eastern Europe, finally settling in Krakow. Gavin's experience in customer service served as an excellent platform for his development as Services Manager where he is responsible for the performance of Credit Control Service for over 20 clients. Gavin is an active member of the Institute of Credit Management.

Graeme Hogg, Solicitor, Head of Debt Recovery

Graeme has been qualified as a UK solicitor for over 10 years and is also licensed to practice law in Poland by the Polish Law Society. After several years experience with international law firms, including Cameron McKenna and Hogan & Hartson, Graeme established his own legal practice as an EU lawyer in Krakow focussing on services for foreign investors and ex-pats, including conveyancing, debt renegotiation, litigation and representation. Graeme joined TAK in 2011 to focus on UK and cross-border Debt Recovery and Litigation. Graeme's expertise and consultative approach means that TAK are able to recover the majority of debts by explaining and threatening the threat of legal proceedings to the debtor. Graeme's specialisation in UK and international litigation allows him to provide quality and cost-effective litigation advice and debt enforcement services regarding UK and especially cross-border disputes involving complex jurisdictional issues.

TAK's secure Service Centre is in the centre of Krakow, Poland, managed by English staff permanently based there. Krakow is Europe's top location for Finance Outsourcing giving TAK access to well trained, customer service oriented individuals with excellent language skills. The majority of TAK staff are UK ex pats now resident in Krakow. All of our Polish staff all have perfectly fluent English.
